Learn the ins-and-outs of Mogul Projects – how they work, and what to expect when you join a Project…
Mogul Projects have come a long way since we started. We have a much better idea of what’s possible – we have some of the best Producers in the world, lots of good equipment, lots of ideas – we have everything we need to continue creating beautiful and innovative content for the discerning Petfan. We learn something new on each Mogul Project – so please check this page from time to time in case anything changes.
PITCHING PROJECTS
We will announce projects or shoots we would like to do, on The Art of Zoo Blog, and in the Mogul Projects Area. You can read about the proposed project and what we have planned. We will also announce new projects on our Twitter/X page, and in our newsletter.
- If we do not get sufficient pledges for a proposed project, we will shelve it and revisit it at a later date.
- If we do get enough funding pledged by our Moguls, the project goes ahead.
- *IF the project cannot proceed – (e.g. logistics problems, etc) – we will cancel, and return payments to Moguls.
*At the time of (re) writing this page, we have just completed our 5th Mogul Project – a 100% success rate.
PROJECT PRICING
Projects are least expensive when they are first announced. The ‘early bird‘ price is to encourage as many Moguls as possible to join projects BEFORE they begin. The early funding decides whether a project will proceed or not.
The price to join a project increases at several stages:
- When the shooting is completed
- When all project deliverables (movies, photos etc) have been sent out to Moguls
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Once the funding stage is complete, we can start organizing the shoots. From this point we will have an approximate schedule. You can check the project schedule under the SCHEDULE tab on each project page:

Some projects are EXPERIMENTAL. These projects typically involve some preparation – for example, the testing and building of the Mach 1 bondage frame, or our first boar facility. Experimental projects have to be more open-ended because there are variables we can’t be sure about. The downside is that creating something new – and doing it properly – can take some time. The upside is that the interesting results are worth the wait.
Experimental projects are clearly marked, and we very much appreciate your support on these more challenging projects. If you join an Experimental project, please be patient it’s not a cheeseburger 🙂
STAGGERED RELEASE
When all shooting for a Mogul Project is complete, we will begin processing and releasing project deliverables to our Moguls. Each movie is encoded and watermarked individually, such that we can identify file sharers and other problem Members within the Moguls Group.
We release movies to Moguls as each Chapter is edited, and all versions are uploaded. This is usually 1 month per Chapter, with any bonus content and photosets sent out after the final Chapter. Moguls seem to enjoy looking forward to the next instalment – please keep an eye on the project Schedule tab for what’s going on and any relevant release dates. Your patience as items are delivered is much appreciated.
BONUS MOVIE
On some Mogul Projects we will shoot an additional bonus movie at our expense, and release the bonus movie to Moguls 12 months after releasing the final official project item. The bonus movie is a thank-you to all Moguls who have stuck with us and respected our rules on file sharing. Any Member identified as a sharer will be removed from the group, lose all associated benefits, and any outstanding deliverables not yet released.
DELAYS
Even Hollywood has delays on shoots, sometimes delays on projects are unavoidable. Maybe a power or internet outage, flight delays, sickness – these things can happen, and have. We will update Moguls with any project news under the Schedule tab. We are a small team with limited resources – if for any reason there is some delay, we would ask you to please be patient you can rest assured that we are on the case. Many thanks for your understanding.
EXCLUSIVE
We only send Mogul content to Moguls, with the exception of the photosets. Some of the photos taken on Mogul shoots are great, so if you don’t mind we will pinch a few pics and post them on the site here, on our social media and generally.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We accept limited simple special requests from Moguls on each shoot – for example, a choice of shoes, underwear, specific action. Emphasis on SIMPLE special requests, things that will not derail the Project or fundamentally alter it’s concept. The stronger your support for our work generally, the more weight your requests will have. We will do our utmost to include special requests in Projects, but for various reasons we can’t guarantee it. Still, it does not hurt to ask.
If you would like to see the Model(s) in a particular item of clothing, we will do our best to shoot some scenes with it. You will need to send additional funds to cover the cost of clothing or props – and you will need to make your requests with plenty of time for us to order those items, and have them delivered. We recommend no later than 3 weeks prior to a scheduled shoot.
We strongly recommend submitting any special requests as early as possible, to avoid request overlap; that being, we cannot easily accommodate a request for blue lipstick, if we already have requests for red, yellow and green lipstick from other Moguls. We will let you know if there is likely to be a problem with your special request.
Generally, please keep your special requests simple and limited – 1 possibly 2 points per Project please, no 20 page essays on specific things. If you really need a very tailored service, please check out our Custom Movies.
TERMS
We invest large amounts of money into the production of Mogul Projects. Sharing our movies does untold damage to our cashflow, and puts future projects at risk. Please do not share our movies. Any Member found sharing our movies will lose all associated Trust Levels and benefits – we will remove sharers from all private groups, and any outstanding media files due to be sent will be terminated without refund. Where possible we will take legal action against sharers personally. This is likely to be particularly inconvenient for anyone sharing if they live in a jurisdiction where animal sex media is illegal.
MOVIE RESENDS
We ask that you keep all your movie files in a safe place where you will not lose them. We recommend getting an account on Mega.nz – it’s free an encrypted. You might also get an external storage disk, and encrypt it with Veracrypt or Truecrypt – you can purchase a 4tb external disk for around $100 these days, that is plenty of space. Please do not store your movies on your phone – phones get lost or stolen.
Mogul Project movie files are processed, exported and uploaded individually, so we can keep track of movie files. Resending these files to you if you lose them is quite laborious and takes up a lot of time. A few Moguls have been a bit careless and requested repeat resends a bit excessively. For this reason, we have to limit resends to 1 time only, within 1 year of your last Mogul Project. Additional resends, or resends over 1 year since your last Mogul Project later, we charge a $100 Resend Fee for this service (OR you can purchase $100 of movies instead, OR you can join a more recent Mogul Project, in which case we will do resends for free). POSSIBILITIES
If all this sounds complicated, it isn’t really. We announce a project, Moguls fund the project – we shoot the project, then edit and deliver the content Chapter by Chapter. All that’s required is a little patience and a little understanding.
